20 de Abril Verdejo 2024 – Organic – Rueda DO

An authentic expression of Verdejo, organically grown and naturally vinified. This wine comes from 15-year-old vines in the heart of D.O. Rueda and reflects the philosophy of Bodegas Verdeal: purity, precision and place. Cold maceration and fermentation at low temperatures preserve varietal character, while extended lees contact enhances mouthfeel and depth.

Expect aromas of peach, apricot, and tropical hints alongside lime, fennel, fig leaf, and light spice. On the palate, it is balanced and fresh with a generous structure and a long citrus-herbal finish.

Pair with: herbed goat cheese, grilled vegetables, white asparagus.
