Vineyards and Harvest: Harvest takes place once the phenolic and technological maturity parameters are optimal,
due to that, the date varies each year. Clusters and grapes are selected one by one in the vineyard. An additional selection takes place in the cellar to ensure that the grapes, used to manufacture the wine, are in impeccable condition.
Vinification: After selection in the field and winery, the grapes are lightly pressed at a low temperature for 6 hours. All alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a constant temperature of 16 degrees. The wine is then bottled and complemented with 6 months of bottle aging before being released to the market
Tasting notes: Yellow with greenish reflections and golden iridescence. Intense aroma, which highlights the presence of ripe fruit well assembled. Intense and persistent aftertaste, with white flowers and citrus notes. Good entry on the palate, sweet, and with very good acidity. Fresh and long.
