We love satisfied customers! If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our service or wines, please contact us directly (always within 14 days) via email at info@vintnerswines.nl or call us at +31614777889. We will do everything we can to find an appropriate solution. We are available on weekdays from 09:00 to 18:00.

Vintners Wines Return Policy

Conditions for Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and with all original packaging and labels intact.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened Items: Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return.
  • Customized Orders: Any products that have been customized or personalized cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, please contact our customer service at info@vintnerswines.nl.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the items in their original packaging. Include the receipt and the RAN in the package.
  4. Shipping: Ship the package to the following address:

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning items for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 5 business days.
  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment or chosen for a voucher to be used at a later moment.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: We replace items if they are defective or damaged. We must be notified within 24 hours upon receiving. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@vintnerswines.nl.

Return Exceptions

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
