Tasting Notes
This Champagne pours a clear and brilliant gold hue with a fine, lively mousse. The nose is intense and expressive, dominated by aromas of fresh and ripe yellow fruits like pear, green apple, and white peach. These primary notes are elegantly complemented by subtle layers of brioche, hazelnut, and floral hints developed during extended aging.
On the palate, it is ample, full-bodied, and remarkably smooth. It features a rich texture and delightful flavors of fleshy stone fruits and crisp citrus, all held together by integrated acidity and ultra-fine bubbles. The light 6 gr./L dosage ensures the wine remains balanced, crisp, and elegantly dry.
