Tasting Notes: Barolo Boiolo 2019 shines with a garnet red color and subtle orange reflections. The bouquet is rich and elegant, offering floral aromas of rose and violet, accented by light hints of spice. The palate is persistent and soft, displaying a refined structure. Suitable for aging, this wine promises to evolve beautifully over time.

Tasting note Robin Fennis: “Boiolo 2019; the very first vintage of this single vineyard Barolo. A higher 420m alt. from a clay-dominated soil. Generating a beautiful nose; a blend of roses, ripe red forest fruit, a light soapy touch, and cured meat. Med+ acids and fine grainy tannins. This shows some development already. Balanced, complex, juicy, and nicely rounded in the finish. Very good, and only 1800 bottles…. 17 pt” (November 2024)
