Tasting Note
Ripe peach, candied citrus, wild herbs, and smoky minerality rise from the glass. On the palate, it’s structured and dry, showing depth and elegance with juicy acidity, fine phenolics, and a persistent, salty finish. Notes of orange oil and crushed slate evolve as the wine opens up—complex and already developing beautifully.
