Growing area
Selection of our vineyards spread throughout the estate. The
plants are between 6 and 36 years old. They thrive over sandy
loam soils with calcareous content.
Vinification
Destemmed grapes are fermented in a traditional way with
temperature control ( between 30º to 32º C ) .
The maceration lasts between 12 and 14 days.
Malolactic fermentation took place entirely in small fudres.
Aging
The wine was aged for 8 and 10 months in fudres of 5000 and
500 liters of capacity.
