This extraordinary Champagne is dominated by 80% Chardonnay. It presents a brilliant pale gold color with subtle green reflections. The nose is complex, revealing subtle aromas of stewed citrus and white flowers. The palate is simultaneously fresh and complex, featuring fine notes of citrus, brioche, and butter. The extensive aging (minimum six years on the lees) ensures a profound structure and long, elegant finish.
