Vinification: Hand-picked grapes that stand out due to their great structure and high alcohol content. The fermentation process takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then remains in the deposit where it ages with the lees for over a period of 5 months. Once it is bottled, two extra months of rest are needed to ensure that the wine is in perfect drinking conditions.
Vineyards: One hectare of land by the shore of the River Miño, alongside a remarkable exposure by being situated over sloping hillsides, produces a wine with a striking Atlantic character. The outstanding microclimate, which is suitable for the production of the great Albariño wines from the area, plays an important role as well.
Tasting notes: Yellow with greenish highlights and golden iridescences. Intense aroma, where well-assembled ripe fruits stand out. Powerful and persistent on the nose with white flowers and citric notes. On the palate, it has a nice tasty, and sweet entrance with great acidity. It is fresh with a long aftertaste.
