Unique Winemaking Process:

  • Harvesting: The Sangiovese grapes are meticulously hand-harvested into 10 kg cases to preserve their integrity.
  • Fermentation: Fermented in Tuscan terracotta amphoras, an ancient method that allows natural temperature regulation and micro-oxygenation, enhancing the wine's aromatic profile and complexity.
  • Maceration: Extended skin contact for 11 months within amphoras optimizes color, flavor, and tannin extraction.
  • Aging: Following amphora maceration, the wine is refined for 12 months in the bottle, developing harmony and depth.
