Bodegas Verdeal – 20 de Abril Sauvignon Blanc 2024 – Organic – Rueda DO

This certified organic Sauvignon Blanc comes from 15-year-old vines and is made with low-intervention techniques, including cold maceration and fermentation with native yeasts. A vibrant take on Rueda Sauvignon, crafted under the guidance of Silvia Gracia Gonzalez.

The nose opens with tropical aromas of passion fruit and lime, followed by fresh herbal and vegetal notes (fig tree leaf). On the palate, it's zesty and aromatic with herbal nuances and a long, persistent finish.

Pair with: goat cheese salad, Thai green curry, fresh spring rolls.
