The resulting grapes had great balance, vibrant natural acidity, and full phenolic maturity—ideal for extended skin contact. This limited-production wine is a tour de force in white winemaking, focusing on extended skin maceration and long aging. This is also known to be an orange wine due to the lengthy skin contact during fermentation.
