Tasting note Robin Fennis: “A blend of Vermentino and Cortese. Floral tones in the nose, a little soapy aroma, light chemical. Some peach too.
Med acidity, gentle, and mild spicy. Light bitter, some pickles, salty finish. Made on Inox. Decent 12,5% abv.”
