Spumante Metodo Classico (High-Quality Sparkling Wine - Traditional Method)
Pas Dosé
Grape Variety: 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay
Vinification: A prolonged stay on the yeasts during the second fermentation produces a fine and persistent perlage.
Bouquet: Fragrant aromas of thyme and delicate white flowers.
Taste: Fresh, full-bodied, and persistent on the palate.
Edoardo and Sebastiano envisioned the Spumante Metodo Classico as a wine with distinct freshness. The extended maturation of the yeasts enhances Traversa Zerò's fine bubbles and refined character.
Tasting note Robin Fennis: “A zero dosage Sparkler from Piemonte. PN/CH 80/20. 5 years sur lies. 12,5% abv. Golden-colored, subtle nose with almond, brioche, and a pinch of lime. Short mousse, modest flavors, balanced in line with the nose. Bone dry (of course…), medium+ finish. Very commendable effort here! 15 pts out of 20”
