Grenache, Cinsault, Tibouren, Syrah – Côtes de Provence – France
Pavillon de Trianon Rosé (2024) is the result of passionate and meticulous research, crafted as a tribute to the unique qualities of the emblematic terroir of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. This refined blend of 60% Grenache, 20% Cinsault, 10% Tibouren, and 10% Syrah presents a lovely pale pink color with salmon hues. The nose is airy and mineral, offering notes of acacia blossom and orchard fruits, followed by refreshing aromas of grapefruit, mandarin, peach, and passion fruit. On the palate, the wine shines with freshness and balance, ending with a delicate saline finish typical of the coastline.
The 2024 vintage is a celebration of Provençal elegance. Aged entirely in stainless steel tanks to preserve its pure fruit expression and vivacity, it is a wonderfully versatile rosé. It can be enjoyed on its own as an aperitif or paired perfectly with a wide range of dishes, especially those typical of Mediterranean cuisine.
About the estate While Château Trianon is rooted in Saint-Émilion, Pavillon de Trianon Rosé was born from the owners' vision to apply the estate's expertise to exceptional terroirs outside of Bordeaux. The grapes are sourced from the finest plots in the AOC Côtes de Provence, where soils of schist, limestone, and quartz provide the characteristic minerality and freshness that make this rosé a unique addition to the estate’s collection.
