This is the flagship cuvée of the estate, proudly carrying the coveted Premier Cru status since 2020 (sourced from the 'Climat Pouilly'). Made from the best selection of Chardonnay grapes, this wine represents the finest terroir of the appellation.

Characteristics: More complex, concentrated, and with greater aging potential than the standard cuvée. The wine is richer on the palate with more depth, mineral precision, and a long, persistent finish. This is a white Burgundy of absolute top-class quality.
Aging Potential: Highly age-worthy, at least until 2033.
Serving Temperature: 12–14°C (54–57°F).

Food Pairing: A wine for special moments. Pair with luxurious shellfish (lobster, scallops), truffle dishes, or refined, aged cheeses.

The Unique Story Behind Domaine Sermage

We are delighted to introduce you to a gem we have discovered.

Wines all have a story, and that is certainly true for Domaine Sermage from Pouilly-Fuissé, Burgundy. For the first time, these wines are available outside of France, and this is the extraordinary story behind this exclusive discovery.

It all began in my uncle's wine cellar, where I found several bottles from 2009 from this estate. Curious, I opened one, and the wine was still stunning: low in acidity yet elegant and vibrant. This was the spark that led to a months-long search.

After significant research and many emails, I finally received a response from Isabelle Sermage, the seventh generation of this esteemed winery. Despite her age, she still works the vineyards daily with unwavering passion.

Domaine Sermage is a true micro-domaine, producing only about 1,000 bottles per year. After months of calls and emails, we succeeded in placing an order and secured only a very small allocation of the 2023 harvest, of which this is the absolute pinnacle. A unique French gem that you can now discover with us.
